Right Hand
A Left Hand with rum. I already knew of the Left Hand, but came across a reddit post the other day with this variation. It also provides a link to an interesting article about the two drinks. I had always assumed that the creator of the Left Hand (also of Milk & Honey) knew what a Boulevardier was and just added chocolate bitters, but apparently not. I always enjoy learning little things like that about this entire class of negroni-like drinks. The cocktail which got me into cocktails was another one, the Old Pal, made with dry vermouth and rye whiskey.
