Zombie (Simplified)
Jeff "Beachbum" Berry's simplified Zombie. It's not as complex or interesting as the original, but you can mix the whole thing faster than you can pull out the bottles you need for the original. As Berry says, it approximates the flavor profile pretty well.

| Overproof Demerara Rum | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Really, any 151 proof rum. Demerara such as Lemon Hart or something less expensive such as Don Q 151. All are approved in the book. |
