Wipeout
This is similar to a Mr. Bali Hai but with a slightly different rum combo and cold brew concentrate rather than a coffee liqueuer. The original recipe calls for 1:1 demerara syrup, but I use Smuggler's Cove's Demerara Syrup which is a 2:1 simple syrup with 1/3 demerara sugar and 2/3 standard table sugar.

Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake with 3 ice cubes
- Strain into highball or collins glass
- Add crushed ice and swizzle
- Garnish with pineapple frond and nutmeg
