Welcome To Georgetown
I found this in Minimalist Tiki on the day I bought my first bottles of both Lemon Hart 151 and El Dorado 3 Year. How fortunate. This was an excellent use of them. I used passion fruit syrup rather than fassionola because I can't bring myself to pay up for it and it seems passion fruit syrup is a common substitute.
Ingredients

| Fassionola | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | Kind of expensive, not very good according to most people. Frequently substituted with either passion fruit syrup or a cooked down Hawaiian Punch |
| Creme De Cacao (White) | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Overproof Demerara Rum | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Recipe specifies Lemon Hart 151 |
| Lightly Aged / Filtered Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Recipe specifies El Dorado 3 Year |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into chillege glass
- Granish with grated nutmeg (and an orchid... but I'm not doing that)
