Vieux Carré
Pretty sure I have a better, more original source for this, but for now I picked this up on liquor.com. I probably did. Basically a Manhattan with Benedictine (there are other differences). I ave changed up the bitters from liquor.com to be more realistic and reasonable for the time.
Ingredients

| Sweet Vermouth | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Benedictine liqueur | 2 tsp | |
| Rye | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Cognac | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass
- Stir
- Strain into rocks glass or other glass over ice.
