Honey Syrup | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
Allspice Dram / Pimento Dram | 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
Moderately Aged Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | Use a spanish style column still rum if available |
Black Blended Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
Herbstura | 1 dash | |
Nutmeg | 1 dash | A pinch actually mixed into the drink |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to collins or highball glass
- Add crushed ice until glass is 3/4 full
- Swizzle with bar sppon or Lele
- Add crushed ice as needed to fill the glass
