Tropical Escape
A good way to use up orgeat and grapefruit juice. I made mine with El Dorado 3 Year although I'm sure the original used a Cuban style white rum.
Ingredients

| Orgeat | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Grapefruit Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lightly Aged / Filtered Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Angostura Bitters | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients except bitters to shaker
- Shake with ice
- Strain into rocks glass with 1 cup of crushed ice
- Top with Angostura bitters
