The Mastadon
An interesting mix of ingredients which sounds pretty wild to me, but works well. I really liked the pineapple and passion fruit mixed with Licor 43 and Peychaud's bitters.
For my first time making this I used Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon and split the rums between El Dorado 5 year and Mount Gay Eclipse.

| Pineapple Juice | 3 Fl. Oz. | |
| Passion Fruit Purée | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Licor 43 | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Maraschino Liqueur | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Bourbon | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to tin and shake with crushed or cracked ice
- Open pour into fairly large glass and add more ice if needed
Smuggler's Cove says to serve this out of a pineapple with a hole cut in the lid.
