Not technically a tiki cocktail, but it fits the flavor profile well and has been adopted as a tiki cocktail.

Demerara Syrup 2:1 | 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
London Dry Gin | 1 Fl. Oz. | |

Angostura Bitters | 2 dash |
Directions
- Pour ginger beer into glass
- Add all ingredients except for ginger beer along with 12 oz of crushed ice or 3-5 large ice cubes to a shaker and shake
- Shake for 20-30 seconds
- Open pour into glass
- Add additional ice if needed
