| Plymouth Gin | 1 Fl. Oz. | Substitute a london dry gin if you don't have Plymouth |
| Unaged Jamaican Overproof Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | Hamilton's Jamaica Pot Still - not quite the unaged overproof normally meant, but the closest in my current categories. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaking tin
- Add small amount of crushed ice
- Shake until chilled
- Dirty dump into rocks glass
- Top with crushed ice
- Garnish with dried citrus wheel (optional)
