Orange Bitters 1 dash PDT has their own house orange bitters. Regan's is the obvious next choice.
Angostura Bitters 1 dash
Dry Vermouth 12 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Dolin Dry. I usually have Noilly Prat Extra Dry.
Sweet Vermouth 12 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Carpano Antica. I use Cinzano for almost everything.
Islay Scotch 2 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Compass Box Peat Monster. That isn't available to me, but the smokiest Islay you have sound like the best substitution. I used Lagavulin Nick Offerman Edition Carribean Rum Cask Finished 11 year Islay Scotch.
