| Seltzer Water | 2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | Use a spanish style column still rum if available |
| Peychaud's Bitters | 2 dash | |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Directions
- Add ingredients to shaker
- Shake with crushed ice (or very hard with ice cubes)
- Pour into glass
- Fill glass with more crushed ice
