Royal Hawaiian Mai Tai
This recipe is the beginning of the pineapple forward mai tais. I find this one interesting due to having 3 oz of rum instead of the standard 2 oz and the use of Demerara rum as I do in my own mai tai. It is also right in line with what I frequently end up with when just throwing together a fruity rum drink at random.
