Pupule / Nui Nui
Originally named the Pupule (and called that at Smuggler's Cove) and renamed the Nui Nui.
This is also a good drink to play with the rums. While traditionally fairly tame, some bartenders are using more interesting combinations. I've done some playing around with the rums and it definitely works well with a variety of options.

Moderately Aged Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | A lighter bodied column still rum such as Bacardi 8 Year or Flor De Cana 7 Year |
Directions
- Line glass with orange peel which runs up the side and hangs over the edge if you're being fancy
- Add everything to mixing tin with 3 - 5 ice cubes
