Planter's Punch (320 Main)
This is the Planter's Punch served at 320 Main. It differs from most in that it uses unaged overproof Jamaican rum rather than an aged rum. Aside from the Jamaican rum, it looks more like many traditional Barbados Rum Punch recipes rather than most Planter's Punch recipes.

| Unaged Jamaican Overproof Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to mixing tin
- Shake with crushed ice
- Pour into collins glass
- Garnish with mint sprig
