Ingredients

Ingredient	Amount	Notes
Sweet Cream	1 Fl. Oz.
Orange Curaçao	1 Fl. Oz.
Moderately Aged Rum	1 Fl. Oz.

Directions

• Stir curacao and rum with cracked or cubed ice in mixing glass
• Strain into chilled coupe (or whatever... I'm not picky)
• Pour cream over back of spoon to float on top
• garnish with cinnamon

Smuggler's Cove makes their sweet cream by blending 6 oz of heavy whipping cream with 1 oz of demerara syrup. Do as you will with that.
