Moderately Aged Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Stir curacao and rum with cracked or cubed ice in mixing glass
- Strain into chilled coupe (or whatever... I'm not picky)
- Pour cream over back of spoon to float on top
- garnish with cinnamon
Smuggler's Cove makes their sweet cream by blending 6 oz of heavy whipping cream with 1 oz of demerara syrup. Do as you will with that.
