Painkiller
Who can resist rum, pineapple, orange, and coconut with the same name as a Judas Priest song? To make a "real" Painkiller you have to use Pusser's rum The name is trademarked and whatnot. Preferably the 54.5% version, currently known as Gunpowder Proof.
You can make this a Painkiller #2, #3, or #4 by changing the amount of rum in Fluid Oz to match the number.
To make a "light" version I have found CoffeeMate Zero Sugar Coconut Creamer to be the best substitute for Cream of Coconut. It is considerably lower in saturated fat and calories.
