Nutty Ocho Rios

An extra nutty mai tai using macadamia liqueur in place of orange curacao. I was going to make this from the moment I got home with my first bottle of Trader VIc's Macadamia Nut Liqueur before I had even found this recipe. The only change from what I was going to do anyway is the specific choice of rums.

I went with El Dorado 3 Year for the white/lightly aged/filtered rum since it is my default when a clear rum is called for and something more specific is not specified (and sometimes even if it is).
