Pretty much a Manhattan variation using Cynar in place of sweet vermouth with a bit of banana liqueur. The menu listed ingredients, so the ratios are an estimation based on taste and usual cocktail ratios.

- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice
- Stir
- Strain over a large ice cube
