Mai Tai Swizzle
With "Mai Tai" in the name, you may have a flavor you expect. This has more in common with a Zombie, though.

| Grapefruit Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Triple Sec | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Cointreau |
| Falernum | 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Aged Jamaican Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | A caramel forward Jamaican rum such as Myers' (originally used) or Coruba. |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | A Cuban style rum |
| Absinthe | 1⁄8 tsp | 6 drops |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Open pour into glass
- Garnish with mint sprigs
