Lion's Fang
A twist on the classic Lion's Tail which adds falernum, rum, and just a hint of absinthe which brings it into the realm of being a tiki cocktail.
Ingredients

| Demerara Syrup 2:1 | 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lime Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Absinthe | 1⁄8 Fl. Oz. | 1/8 tsp or so, just a few drops |
| Allspice Dram / Pimento Dram | 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Falernum | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Bourbon | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Aged Demerara Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Angostura Bitters | 2 dash |
Directions
- Add all ingredients along with ice cubes to a shaker and shake
- Strain into glass with fresh ice
