Holiday Hiwa
Another recipe from a Jeff Granito and Tikiland Trading Co. gift box I received for Christmas 2024. This was a bit sweet for my taste, but due to availability I did have to use ruby red grapefruit juice and at a full ounce, that definitely could have thrown off the flavor. I may need to try acid adjusting my grapefruit juice.
Ingredients

| Cream of Coconut | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Pomegranate Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Grapefruit Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Cinnamon Liqueuer | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Goldschlager, but an actual good one wouldn't hurt. |
| Aged Jamaican Rum | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | Recipe says "Jamaican Pot Stilled Rum" which covers a fairly wide range of flavors. I went with Smith and Cross as one of the most readily available. |
| Aged Demerara Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | I used El Dorado 5 year |
Directions
- Shake or blend with crushed ice
- Pour into glass and fill with crushed ice
- Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon peel
