Headhunter's Bounty

According to Minimalist Tiki this is a riff on the Shrunken Skull. Unless it's a different drink by the same name, I don't really see it, but it is a tasty drink and simple to put together. I used passion fruit syrup rather than the gold fassionola recipe given in the book since I had that available and it is generally accepted as a substitute.
