Good Enough Gatsby
A rye whiskey based tiki cocktail. These are always fun for a change of pace. And anything using Fernet Branca intrigues me.
Ingredients

| Cinnamon Syrup | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | I use 1/2 fl. oz because the store bought syrup I use is really strong |
| Pineapple Juice | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lime Juice | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Pear Liqueur | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Recipe calls for Clear Creek Pear eua de vie. I used Rothman & Winter Orchard Pear, probably not quiet the same, but it's what I've got. |
| Rye | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | Wild Turkey 101 Rye |
| Fernet Branca | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with pineapple fronds and grated cinnamon
