Georgia Hurricane

A riff on the hurricane using peach syrup and lightening things up a bit with seltzer. I like to use a black rum such as Gosling's Black Seal. This is as written when created for my wife who tends to prefer a less rum forward drink. When making it for myself I prefer to stick closer to the Smuggler's Cove Hurricane it is based on and use a full 4 oz of rum. You may also want to play with the amount of lemon juice to suit your tastes.
