Freudian Daiquiri
This strays pretty far from the traditional daiquiri beyond using rum and lime juice. I picked up a bottle of Bittermen's Hellfire Habanero Shrub on a whim, remembering that I had just seen a cocktail recently calling for "Hellfire Bitters". I couldn't find that recipe after my purchase, but the Bittermen's website had this recipe which sounded (and is) pretty good.
For the rums I used 1.5 fl oz El Dorado 5 year and 0.5 fl oz Plantation OFTD
Ingredients

| Simple Syrup 2:1 | 1 tsp | |
| Lime Juice | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Banana Liqueur | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Aged Demerara Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with cracked or crushed ice
- Strain into chilled glass
