A manhattan variation which is interesting but doesn't delve into weird stuff which isn't worth the effort unless you love that one specific variation.

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Triple Sec 1⁄4 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Cointreau, who tap dances around the definition: https://www.cointreau.com/us/en/discover-cointreau/cointreau-triple-sec. I get it, triple sec has a bad reputation. So, yeah, triple sec, use the highest quality you want to.
Sweet Vermouth 1 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Dubonnet Rouge. I used Cinzano.
Rye 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Rittenhouse Bonded Rye. I used Wild Turkey 101 Rye. The latter is slightly more rye forward.
Peychaud's Bitters 2 dash
