A manhattan variation which is interesting but doesn't delve into weird stuff which isn't worth the effort unless you love that one specific variation.

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Triple Sec 14 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Cointreau, who tap dances around the definition: https://www.cointreau.com/us/en/discover-cointreau/cointreau-triple-sec. I get it, triple sec has a bad reputation. So, yeah, triple sec, use the highest quality you want to.
Sweet Vermouth 1 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Dubonnet Rouge. I used Cinzano.
Rye 1 12 Fl. Oz. Recipe calls for Rittenhouse Bonded Rye. I used Wild Turkey 101 Rye. The latter is slightly more rye forward.
Peychaud's Bitters 2 dash
