Demerara Cocktail (Mai-Kai)
Honestly, given the name, I don't know why there's any rum other than Demerara rum in here. A tasty drink to be sure, so drink up, but I say go all the way with Demerara and make a Welcome To Georgetown. Swap out for different Demerara rums.
Ingredients

| Passion Fruit Juice | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lime Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | A Cuban style rum |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | An aged Demerara rum, experiment and see what you like. Lemon Hart 1804, El Dorado 5+, etc. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake with crushed ice
- Pour into glass with fresh crushed ice
