Cesar's Rum Punch
A cocktail from Haiti featuring the local Rhum Barbancourt, which is similar to an Rhum Agricole, and arguably is, just not an AOC agricole. The recipes I have found do not specify which specific one, so my recommendation is Barbancourt 3 Star, which is aged for 5 years. The Barbancourt 5 Star, unfortunately, loses most of the interesting agricole style flavor.
My main source also shows 3 star in the photos.
Liber & Co. also has a recipe, but it uses considerably less grenadine. While their recipes are usually good, I just don't see that going well with so much lime juice.
This reddit post has interesting info on Rhum Barbancourt vs what is usually meant by Rhum Agricole.
