Smuggler's Cove uses double the ingredients and lists it as serving 2 people. It is also discussed on Modern Tiki with a scaled down recipe where they talk as if the full size version is intended for a single person in the original recipe. Given some other tiki classics like the Zombie, it's not unreasonable to assume that was the original intention.

Directions
Blended:
- Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and lime juice to mixing tin and muddle
- Add honey syrup, rum, and seltzer and 12 oz of ice

- Open pour into glass
Without Blender * Use 2oz pineapple juice and skip the pineapple chunks * Add everything except seltzer to mixing tin and shake with ice * Strain into glass with fresh crushed ice
