Bitter Mai Tai
A cross between a mai tai and a negroni or a mai tai and a jungle bird. Anyway, a mai tai with Campari. There are a few variations out there, mostly with more Campari and less rum or more orgeat. I went with Liber and Co's and like it.
Ingredients

| Orange Curaçao | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Campari | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Aged Jamaican Rum | 1 Fl. Oz. | Smith and Cross is the standard across all recipes I have seen. |
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel
