Barbados Rum Punch
Ingredients

| Water | 3 Fl. Oz. | |
| Simple Syrup 2:1 | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lime Juice | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | Ideally a Barbados rum such as Mount Gay |
| Angostura Bitters | 1 dash |
Directions
- Add all ingredients along with 12 oz of crushed ice or 3-5 large ice cubes to a shaker and shake
- Open pour into a glass
- Top with ground nutmeg - or freshly grated if you're fancy like that
