Bali Hai Bastard
This is pretty great. Pineapple and just a bit spicy and smokey. I made my first one (and probably will make most) with Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum, Ilegal Mezcal Joven, and Hunter & Scott Rye. The rye is from a local distillery and so not available to everyone.
Marie King uses Rittenhouse and I will definitely try it again with that. She also uses Cutwater Bali Hai Pineapple Rum and La Luna mezcal.
