Bacardi Cocktail
A daiquiri with aged rum and grenadine. And to be fully accurate For the pedantic rum nerds such as myself, most "white" rums as most people think of them are aged and then filtered. This uses an aged but not filtered rum.
Ingredients

| Lime Juice | 3⁄4 Fl. Oz. | |
| Moderately Aged Rum | 2 Fl. Oz. | A spanish/cuban style rum. Bacardi Reserva Ocho is a good choice since the cocktail was originally published specifically using Bacardi, hence the name. |
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain into chilled coupe
