This is Smuggler's Cove's version of the drink which is itself an updated version of Missionary's Downfall
Ingredients

| Demerara Syrup 2:1 | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lime Juice | 1 Fl. Oz. | |
| Peach Liqueur | 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. | |
| Lightly Aged / Filtered Rum | 1 1⁄2 Fl. Oz. |
Directions
- Muddle pineapple chunks in shaker tin
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with crushed ice
- Double strain into coupe glass
